When does pre-order open?

Pre-order opens July 20, 2026. Waitlist members will be emailed 24 hours before the public announcement with a direct link to reserve. Super Early ($549) and Early Bird ($599) tiers are available to waitlist members first.

Why join the waitlist if pre-order isn't open yet?

Super Early (50 units at $549) and Early Bird (150 units at $599) tiers will not be publicly advertised — they are reserved exclusively for this waitlist. Once those 200 units are gone, the price moves to $699. Joining now costs you nothing and guarantees first access.

How long will pre-order be open?

Pre-order runs from July 20 to September 20, 2026 — or until all 499 units are reserved, whichever comes first. Production begins once we reach 200 units sold. There will be no reissue after this edition.

When will the watch actually ship?

Production begins after pre-order closes. Estimated delivery will be communicated to all pre-order customers via email once the production timeline is confirmed. We will not rush — the watch ships when it is right.

Who covers shipping costs?

WILLIEM covers worldwide shipping via DHL Express — fully included in your purchase price. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your watch from Indonesia to your door. We ship directly to international buyers worldwide.

What about import duties and customs?

We ship on DAP/DDU terms (Delivered at Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import threshold for watches before ordering. All documentation needed for customs clearance will be provided.

What movement does it use?

The Meridian GMT is powered by the Miyota 9075 — a Japanese-made automatic GMT movement known for reliability, accuracy, and long-term serviceability. It features a true GMT complication allowing you to track a second timezone independently.

Does the Meridian GMT come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Meridian GMT comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water damage beyond rated depth, or normal wear and tear.

What is the refund policy for pre-orders?

In the unlikely event that production cannot proceed, all pre-order customers will be refunded minus a $45 handling fee to cover payment processing, currency conversion, and administrative costs. We are committed to full transparency — if this situation arises, you will be notified immediately with all details.

Can I adjust the bracelet size?

Yes. The Meridian GMT bracelet uses a screw-link system for easy sizing adjustment. Every watch ships with a small screwdriver included in the box — so you can adjust the fit yourself at home, no watchmaker required.

What is included in the box?

The Meridian GMT ships with the watch on its brushed stainless steel bracelet, a screwdriver for bracelet adjustment, and any accompanying documentation. Full box contents will be confirmed closer to shipping.
